Chad V. Favre, M.S., BCBA, LBA is the owner and clinical director of Northshore Autism Center. He received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and his graduate training at Auburn University. Chad has been a BCBA for 9 years and has more than 14 years experience working with children with autism and their families in home, school, residential and clinical settings. He lives in Mandeville with his wife, two children, and yellow labrador.

Savannah Rovira, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She earned her Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Texas Tech University in 2018 and her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2013. E. Caroline Branch M.A.,BCBA, LBA received her undergraduate degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in Psychology. While working in school, home, and clinical settings Caroline earned her Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism from Ball State University. Caroline has been with Northshore Autism Center throughout her journey to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, it was even during the NAC holiday party that she received her certification results! Caroline lives with her fiancé and two dogs, Willie and Waylon at their home in Ponchatoula. Caroline looks forward to serving the kiddos of NAC and their families for many more years..
Email Caroline Tara Freeman, B.A. graduated from Caldwell University in New Jersey in 2018. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is a Louisiana Registered Line Technician. She is planning on pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis starting Fall 2019. She has always enjoyed working with children and finds it extremely rewarding to be able to help them learn and achieve new skills.

Chelsea Phillips, B.S., RBT is a Lead Line Technician. She has been with NAC for more than 2 years! She graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in the fall of 2016. She has a major in psychology and a minor in child and family studies. She is a BACB Registered Behavior Technician and a LA Registered Line Technician and is currently enrolled in the BCBA Master's program at Florida Institute of Technology. Of all the jobs she's had, working with children has always been her favorite!
Zoe St.Pierre is currently pursuing her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and minoring in Psychology at Southeastern Louisiana University. She is a Louisiana Registered Line Technician and has been working with children diagnosed with Autism and other disorders for about 2 years. Zoe loves working with children and enjoys watching them grow and learn.

Felicia Faciane, B.S. is a Louisiana Registered Line Technician. She earned a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2014. She intends to complete a Masters degree in Social Work before pursing her BCBA credential. She has always loved working with children and enjoys watching them flourish as they learn new skills.

Olivia Vignes (aka "The Comeback Kid") has been on the run from the Davenport, Iowa, city library for "borrowing" a copy of the latest Danielle Steele novel that she's been trying to finish since 1997. She has a goldfish named "goldfish" that's really a beta fish, but she's too nice for anyone to tell her otherwise. We let all this slide because of her fantastic smile, calm demeanor, love for children, and her proclivity for puns.

Lauren Malik, M.A. graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 2017 in Clinical Mental Health counseling. She is currently working on another M.A. in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has worked for over 5 years in behavior therapy and hopes to earn her BCBA!
Macey Roark, B.S. is a Louisiana Registered Line Technician. She graduated from Louisiana Tech University in Spring 2019 with a Bachelor's in Family and Child Studies. She hopes to continue her education one day to earn a Master's degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavioral Analysis and work as a Special Education teacher. She has always loved working with children and helping them learn and grow!
Melinda Boudreaux, B.A. is a graduate of Millsaps College with a Bachelor's in Anthropology/Sociology and a passion for helping people. She has worked with a job-skills training non-profit, as a Special Education teacher, tax preparer and Registered Behavior Technician. Her favorite thing about working with kids is being able to see their excitement and joy as they learn new things and grow in Independence. When she's not at NAC, she can be found taking it easy with her wife and two shelter pups, Willow and Dandy.
Bridget Taylor, B.A. is a Louisiana Registered Line Technician. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Southeastern Louisiana University. She was a teacher for ten years and has three children. Her middle child has Autism, which inspired her to pursue a career in ABA Therapy. She is applying to go back to school to obtain her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis on Autism. She has a passion for helping children and is excited to continue her education while raising a happy family.

Meredith Bateman, B.A. graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in Spring 2019 with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. She is a Louisiana Registered Line Technician and is currently applying to Graduate school at Southeastern Louisiana University. She hopes to earn a Masters of Science in Counseling and work as a school counselor one day. She is excited for this opportunity to work with children and help them learn and grow!
Mackenzie Tweedy, B.S., is a LA Registered Line Technician and a 2019 graduate of Louisiana State University. She majored in Psychology and minored in Social Work, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Social Work at Walden University. She loves working with children and has never felt more comfortable at a job. In her free time she likes to hang out with her dog Cleo, who also doubles as her best friend and partner in crime.
Caitlin Dyer is a 23 year old graduate from Louisiana State University, with bachelor's degrees in English and psychology. She intends on pursuing a research career in developmental neuropsychology, and hopes to begin her PhD in 2020. She loves every second she spends working with the children at NAC, and will carry the lessons she has learned here with her forevermore. In her spare time, you can find Caitlin painting, writing, designing jewelry, or attempting DIY projects she found on the internet.
Breland Sylve, B.A. is a Louisiana Registered Line Technician. She received her undergraduate degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in Psychology. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has been working with children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder for almost two years and loves it! She wishes to continue furthering her education and experience in efforts to one day become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
