Chad V. Favre, M.S., BCBA, LBA, CPBA-AP is the owner and clinical director of Northshore Autism Center. He received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and his Master's from Auburn University. Chad has been a BCBA for 16 years and has more than 20 years experience working with children with autism and their families in home, school, residential and clinical settings. He has served as a state representative for the Louisiana Behavior Analysis Board for more than a decade, held an adjunct professorship at Endicott College's Institute for Applied Behavioral Science, and recently completed clinical and research immersions at the Monroe-Meyer Institute's Integrated Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders in Omaha, NE and Emergent Learning Center in St. Louis, MO. Chad is certified as an Autism Professional by the Progressive Behavior Analyst Autism Council. He lives in Mandeville with his wife, Laurel, and two children. If afforded some leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his family, running, hiking and playing music.

Savannah Joseph, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA is one of our supervisors, and has been with us since we opened our doors in 2017. Savannah has been in the field of ABA for 10 years and has worked in various settings including home, clinic, and school. She received her master's degree from Texas Tech University in 2017 and is currently pursuing her PhD in behavior analysis through the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Savannah lives in Covington with her husband, two children, and two dogs. When she's not at work, she enjoys building furniture and baking/decorating culinary treats.

Caroline Mckigney, M.A.,BCBA, LBA is a dedicated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) as well as an adjunct professor at Purdue Global University, where she shares her expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with graduate students. Caroline is also NACs hiring coordinator! Caroline holds a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a specialization in Autism, equipping her with a strong foundation to support individuals with developmental challenges, for which she has diligently served for 5+ years as a BCBA, with a total of 8+ years in the field. With extensive experience in clinical care, school-based services, and collaborative care, Caroline is committed to fostering environments that prioritize client autonomy and encourage meaningful and lifelong outcomes. Her role as a mentor and supervisor allows her to guide aspiring behavior analysts, helping them develop the skills necessary to make a positive impact in the lives of those they serve. She strives to create partnerships with families, educators, and her technicians to ensure comprehensive support for her clients. When Caroline isn’t with her NAC family, she’s likely playing dress up, hosting tea parties, and jumping on pillows to avoid floor lava with her daughter, Cate.

Tara Freeman, M.A., BCBA, LBA is Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She earned her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She moved to Louisiana from New Jersey in 2018 and has been a part of the NAC family ever since. During her time at NAC, Tara has worked with clients in the clinical, home, community, and school settings. When she’s not at NAC she enjoys spending time with her dog, Nova.

Zoe StPierre, M.A., BCBA, LBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst licensed in the state of Louisiana. She earned her bachelor's degree through Southeastern Louisiana University before obtaining her master's degree through the University of Florida in Applied Behavior Analysis. Zoe has experience in multiple settings, including schools, homes, community locations, and the clinical setting. In addition, she has experience working with children with multiple abilities. When Zoe is not at NAC, she enjoys hanging in the outdoors with her nieces and nephews.

Kennedy L., B.S., Senior Line Technician, started her journey at NAC through her highschool internship program. During her internship, she realized how much she loved working at NAC and accepted a position to further learn applied behavior analysis. Kennedy earned a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi. She plans on pursuing a masters degree in applied behavior analysis.
Taylor P. is a Registered Line Technician. She looks forward to her future here at NAC. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her puppy, Whiskey.

Kylie M, M.A, Senior Line Technician/Scheduling Coordinator graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in May 2019 with a Bachelors in Psychology in 3 years. She later graduated in December of 2023 with a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is currently working to obtain her hours in order to become a BCBA! If she’s not at NAC, she’s either at home with her baby or at her second job.
Jessica P., Senior Line Technician, is Registered Line Technician. She’s originally from Tennessee, but moved to Louisiana 2 years ago. She’s currently in school working towards a degree in elementary education. She’s excited to embark on this new journey at NAC!

Madison M., M.S. is a Registered Line Technician. She graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in December of 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and recently earned a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Madi has a passion for working with children and is motivated by her younger brother who has autism. Outside of NAC, she loves playing sports, and hanging out with friends and family.

Samantha D., B.S., is a Registered Line Technician. She earned her Bachelor's degree at Louisiana Tech University with a Human Development and Family Science with a concentration in Child Life. She plans to go back to school and get her master's degree in the future. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends when she is not at work. She has completed two practicums at an aba clinic and at a hospital in Cape Town, Africa.

Olivia M. is a registered line technician. She graduated from University of Louisiana at Lafayette in May 2024 with her bachelors degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science. She has always had a passion for promoting inclusion of individuals with intellectual disabilities and looks forward to doing so in her career. In the future, she plans to get her masters in ABA. When she’s not at work she enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with her cat, Cleatus.

Alex D. is a Registered Line Technician. She is a senior Psychology major at Southeastern Louisiana with a concentration in ABA. She plans to get her master’s degree in Psychology and pursue a PhD in Clinical Psychology. Outside of NAC, she enjoys going to the gym and eating frozen yogurt with her boyfriend, Jack!

Jaqwan B. is a dedicated behavioral health professional with a background in psychology and a passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum. He holds a Medical Assistant certification and is pursuing a career as a BCABA, with experience in various mental health settings. Known for his leadership in organizations like Pi Kappa Alpha and his hands-on experience across hospitals and behavioral centers, Jaqwan combines clinical skills with a strong commitment to improving the lives of others through evidence-based practices.
Natalia M. is a Registered Line Technician. She is also a student at Southeastern Louisiana University, majoring in psychology while minoring in French and Spanish. She is passionate about language and working with kids. By bringing in her passions, she strives to leave a positive impact on kids’ lives. Outside of NAC, you can find her reading, baking, or working out.
Claire U. is a Registered Line Technician. She is currently working on getting her undergraduate B.S degree in primary education (PK-5) and intervention specialist (K-12). She has a passion for working with kids and has experience in different child care settings. When not working, Claire is either doing school work or something creative with her hands.
Kate S. is a human science and health major with a concentration in human development and family studies. She is currently a senior in her bachelor program at Southeastern Louisiana University. She plans to get her masters in counseling. Outside of NAC she enjoys spending time with her family and taking vacations.
Laura B. is a Registered Line Technician. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2023 and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Laura finds fulfillment in working with children and creating a positive, supportive environment for them. Outside of NAC, she enjoys spending time outdoors, as well as with friends and family.

Brianne S. earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of New Orleans in 2014. After working for 10 years in the field of animal behavior, she decided to transition to working with people. Brianne is currently pursuing a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and hopes to become a BCBA.
Anna-Claire W. is a social work major at Southeastern Louisiana University pursuing a bachelors degree in social work. She has worked in various childcare settings, and has a passion for working with children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending her time hanging out with friends and reading!
Cody B., M.S. is a Registered Line Technician who first stepped into the world of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2020. He earned his B.S. in Psychology from the University of New Orleans in 2016 and recently completed his M.S. in ABA from Purdue Global University in 2025. Now on the path to becoming a BCBA, Cody is passionate about supporting clients and their families as they work toward meaningful change, cheering them on every step of the way. When he’s not at NAC, Cody can usually be found gaming, reading, painting, or crocheting.

Her passion is the growth and development of children of all ages so she is very excited to embark on this new journey at NAC! When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her son, going kayaking and enjoying nature. Blake B. is a student at Baton Rouge Community College where he is studying psychology. He is a very outgoing person who loves the outdoors and loves science. He loves problem solving as well as running experiments and different projects and always puts his work first! In the future, he hopes to become a BCBA and continue his work in this field of ABA!

Aliyha O. is currently a student at Delgado Community College, working towards becoming an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter. She's on track to graduate in Spring 2026, and is super excited about what the future holds! As someone who is also hard of hearing, she is deeply passionate about the importance of communication and accessibility. Her goal is to be a role model and help children communicate effectively. She hopes to make a real difference in their lives.
