Chad V. Favre, M.S., BCBA, LBA is the owner and clinical director of Northshore Autism Center. He received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and his Master's from Auburn University. Chad has been a BCBA for 15 years and has more than 20 years experience working with children with autism and their families in home, school, residential and clinical settings. He lives in Mandeville with his wife, Laurel, and two children. If afforded some leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his family, running, hiking and playing music.

Savannah Joseph, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA is one of our supervisors, and has been with us since we opened our doors in 2017. Savannah has been in the field of ABA for 10 years and has worked in various settings including home, clinic, and school. She received her master's degree from Texas Tech University in 2017 and is currently pursuing her PhD in behavior analysis through the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Savannah lives in Covington with her husband, two children, and two dogs. When she's not at work, she enjoys building furniture and baking/decorating culinary treats.

E. Caroline Mckigney, M.A.,BCBA, LBA is Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is licensed with the state of Louisiana to provide Behavior Analytic services. Caroline thoroughly enjoyed her undergraduate studies at Southeastern Louisiana University, where she first discovered an interest in the field. Caroline started her journey with NAC on opening day and obtained her Masters and board certification throughout this time. Caroline has experience in multiple settings outside of the clinic and has worked with individuals with varied diagnoses. Caroline finds much pride helping others meet milestones and obtain their goals. Caroline lives with her husband and new daughter in Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

Tara Freeman, M.A., BCBA, LBA is Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She earned her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She moved to Louisiana from New Jersey in 2018 and has been a part of the NAC family ever since. During her time at NAC, Tara has worked with clients in the clinical, home, community, and school settings. When she’s not at NAC she enjoys spending time with her dog, Nova.

Zoe StPierre, M.A., BCBA, LBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst licensed in the state of Louisiana. She earned her bachelor's degree through Southeastern Louisiana University before obtaining her master's degree through the University of Florida in Applied Behavior Analysis. Zoe has experience in multiple settings, including schools, homes, community locations, and the clinical setting. In addition, she has experience working with children with multiple abilities. When Zoe is not at NAC, she enjoys hanging in the outdoors with her nieces and nephews.

Kennedy L., B.S., Social Skills Coordinator, started her journey at NAC through her highschool internship program. During her internship, she realized how much she loved working at NAC and accepted a position to further learn applied behavior analysis. Kennedy earned a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi. She plans on pursuing a masters degree in applied behavior analysis.
Amanda C., B.S., Senior Line Technician, graduated from Mississippi State University in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education. She taught in a self contained class for 1.5 years. She's wanted to work with children with autism ever since she was little. She loves watching children grow and being able to form a bond with them. When she's not working she's hanging out with her new baby girl.

Kylie M., B.A., Senior Line Technician. She graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in May 2019 with a Bachelor’s in Psychology in three years. She worked as a line technician before joining NAC and it was her favorite job she ever had. Kylie plans to enroll in a Master’s program in the foreseeable future. She is excited about this new opportunity to grow and learn more about ABA!
Jessica P., Senior Line Technician, is Registered Line Technician. She’s originally from Tennessee, but moved to Louisiana 2 years ago. She’s currently in school working towards a degree in elementary education. She’s excited to embark on this new journey at NAC!

Gabby G.,Social Skills Coordinator, is a psychology major at Southeastern Louisiana University pursuing a bachelors degree in psychology. After she graduates, she plans to get her master's degree in applied behavior analysis. She has worked in childcare for most of her life, and completely fell in love with caring for children. After starting school, she realized this is what she wants to do for the rest of her life.

Greta G., B.S. is a Registered Line Technician. She earned her Bachelor’s in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Millsaps College in 2022. She is currently taking graduate level classes to apply to her masters in Genetic Counseling. As a child growing up with medical issues herself, she is passionate about helping children and families find helpful treatments to help them succeed in the future!

Gabrielle P. is a Registered Line Technician and a Psychology Major at Louisiana State University pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree. She has long been fascinated by cognitive disorders with a particular interest in autism due to personal experiences with friends and classmates who have the disorder. Gabrielle enjoys creating art, spending time with family and friends, and listening to live music. She hopes her time at NAC will give her first hand knowledge and experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Olivia H. is a Registered Line Technician. Seeing her mom work as a special education teacher for years is what inspired her to start her journey at NAC. She plans on eventually going back to school to get a degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Outside of work, she enjoys hanging out with her friends or her mom.

Drew P. is a Psychology major at Louisiana State University of Alexandria pursuing a Bachelors degree. After she graduates, she plans to earn her masters degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis. She has always found joy working with children and has a strong passion in childhood development. Outside of NAC, you can find her either reading, cooking, or finding an adventure outdoors.

She graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in December of 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Madi has a passion for working with children and is motivated by her younger brother who has autism. Outside of NAC, she loves playing sports, and hanging out with friends and family.

She has completed two practicums at an aba clinic and at a hospital in Cape Town, Africa.

Brianne S., B.S., earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of New Orleans in 2014. After working for 10 years in the field of animal behavior, she decided to transition to working with people. Brianne is currently pursuing a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and hopes to become a BCBA.

Hanna H., B.S., graduated from the University of Mobile in May of 2024 with a B.S. in Psychology. She has always had a passion for working with children and hopes to make a permanent positive impact on clients. She plans on pursuing a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in Fall of 2025. Outside of NAC, Hanna loves to play trumpet and give trumpet lessons to high schoolers!
