Chad V. Favre, M.S., BCBA, LBA is the owner and clinical director of Northshore Autism Center.  He received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and his graduate training at Auburn University.  Chad has been a BCBA for 13 years and has more than 17 years experience working with children with autism and their families in home, school, residential and clinical settings.  He lives in Mandeville with his wife, Laurel, two children, and yellow Labrador.

Laurel Favre, R.N. has been a registered nurse for 14 years and received her undergraduate training at Louisiana State University and Our Lady of the Lake Nursing School.  She is the owner and office manager at Northshore Autism Center.  She is your point of contact for all things billing, insurance, and payroll related.  She loves gardening and spending time with her family.

Savannah Rovira, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA is one of our supervisors, and has been with us since we opened our doors in 2017. Savannah has been in the field of ABA for 10 years and has worked in various settings including home, clinic, and school. She received her master's degree from Texas Tech University in 2017 and is currently pursuing her PhD in behavior analysis through the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Savannah lives in Covington with her husband, two children, and two dogs. When she's not at work, she enjoys building furniture and baking/decorating culinary treats.

E. Caroline Mckigney, M.A.,BCBA, LBA is Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is licensed with the state of Louisiana to provide Behavior Analytic services. Caroline thoroughly enjoyed her undergraduate studies at Southeastern Louisiana University, where she first discovered an interest in the field. Caroline started her journey with NAC on opening day and obtained her Masters and board certification throughout this time. Caroline has experience in multiple settings outside of the clinic and has worked with individuals with varied diagnoses. Caroline finds much pride helping others meet milestones and obtain their goals. Caroline lives with her husband and new daughter in Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

Tara Freeman, M.A., BCBA, LBA is Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She earned her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She moved to Louisiana from New Jersey in 2018 and has been a part of the NAC family ever since. During her time at NAC, Tara has worked with clients in the clinical, home, community, and school settings. When she’s not at NAC she enjoys spending time with her dog, Nova.

Chelsea Phillips, M.S., BCBA, LBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  She has been with NAC for more than 4 years!  She graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in the fall of 2016. She earned her Master's degree in ABA from the Florida Institute of Technology.  Of all the jobs she's had, working with children has always been her favorite!

Cobie Miley, B.S. attended William Carey University, where she earned her B.S. in psychology and business.  She plans to attend Colorado State University in the Fall of 2021 to pursue her master’s in I/O Psychology. Cobie is passionate about improving the lives of those around her and thinks that seeing those around her smile is one of the most rewarding feelings in the world. She loves working with the children at NAC, and she thinks that it is so incredible that she gets the opportunity to positively change someone’s life every day. Cobie adores her goldendoodle puppy, "Wendy Darling".

Meredith Bateman, M.S., RLT recently graduated and is currently accruing fieldwork hours towards the BCBA credential. She loves the conversations she has with the kids and enjoys watching them grow. Her favorite part about working at NAC is letting her true personality shine, being a kid with the kids.

Kennedy Lohmeyer started her journey at NAC through her high school internship program. During her internship, she realized how much she loved working here and took a job to further learn applied behavior analysis. Kennedy is currently a Psychology major at The University of Southern Mississippi. After she obtains her undergraduate degree, she plans on pursuing a masters degree in applied behavior analysis.

Bridget Taylor, B.A. is a Louisiana Registered Line Technician. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Southeastern Louisiana University. She was a teacher for ten years and has three children. Her middle child has Autism, which inspired her to pursue a career in ABA Therapy. She is applying to go back to school to obtain her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis on Autism. She has a passion for helping children and is excited to continue her education while raising a happy family.

Lauretta Bateman, B.S.  is a Senior Line Technician.  She graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a bachelors in psychology. She is a Louisiana Registered Line Technician and currently obtaining a degree in computer information technology. She is excited to work with children and watch them learn and grow.

Taylor McKinney, B.A. earned a bachelor’s in the fine arts of communication with a focus on speech and hearing science. She grew up as a military kid and has lived in a few different places within the U.S., which has helped her to realize family is one of the most important parts of life. She has plans to continue her education but, at this point, is ready to put her bachelor’s to work and gain some hands on experience. She enjoys food, jokes, children and reading.

Anne Rapp, B.S. earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University in the Spring of 2020. She is a Louisiana Registered Line Technician who loves to see the children at NAC grow, have fun, and master new skills. She plans to obtain her PhD in Clinical Psychology and eventually practice as a Medical Psychologist in the state of Louisiana. In her free time, Anne works as a freelance artist and spends time with her beloved Boston Terrier, Murphy.

Kylie Morazan, B.A. is a Senior Line Technician. She graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in May 2019 with a Bachelor’s in Psychology in three years. She worked as a line technician before joining NAC and it was her favorite job she ever had. Kylie plans to enroll in a Master’s program in the foreseeable future. She is excited about this new opportunity to grow and learn more about ABA!

Morgan Somerville, B.S. recently earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University. She has plans to go back for her Master's degree but is still deciding where to place her focus. She hopes working at NAC will provide her with experience to help influence the path she follows. Morgan loves working with kids and watching their growth. She was a swim coach for 5-9 year-olds in high school and enjoyed watching them excel in their performance. She currently teaches at Downtown Yoga in Hammond where she lives and is excited to be part of a new family here at NAC.
Haleigh Schnapp, B.A.​ earned her Bachelor's in Child & Family Studies with a minor in Psychology from the University of Lafayette at Louisiana. After recently moving from Lafayette, she fell in love with NAC and all of the people! She is a Registered Line Technician who has a passion for helping children. The best part of her days are seeing their smile and hearing their laugh! In her free time, you can find her hanging out at the dog park with her three dogs!

Holli Marie Mahoney, B.A. recently received her undergraduate degree in sociology with a concentration in social injustice from Loyola university in New Orleans. Holli plans on eventually getting her Masters degree and become a licensed social worker. She is a registered line technician in Louisiana. Moreover, she is excited for her journey at NAC! She loves to see kids at the center learn and grow in new ways everyday! Holli is eager to be a part of the NAC family.

Tobie Fisher, B.S. is a Louisiana Registered Line Technician. She earned her Bachelors Degree at Southeastern Louisiana University. She has been working with children for years and is extremely passionate about helping them learn and grow. In her free time, she enjoys watching football and spending time with her fur babies! 
Amanda Cruz, B.S. graduated from Mississippi State University in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education. She taught in a self contained class for 1.5 years. She's wanted to work with children with autism ever since she was little. She loves watching children grow and being able to form a bond with them. When she's not working she's hanging out with her new baby girl, Finley.

Jordan Bradley started her journey working with kids at a young age teaching dance. Her plan is to earn her Bachelors degree in Education. In the future, her and her husband plan on fostering children. She is passionate about helping children and is eager to watch her students succeed. 

Alumni:  These wonderful people left a mark on NAC that has made it a better place for children to flourish.  We wish them all our best in their future endeavors.
